      Nice place for a quite and trouble free settled life.

      Cons

      No career growth Very less compensation compared to industry standards Employee concerns are not taken seriously New policies like certifications, 9.25 hrs, iRace, transfer policies, appraisals are against employees

      Infrastructure Facilities Team members Few good managers Very few good projects

      Cons

      Pay - the pay structure has stopped increasing the day the smell of recession hit, and has gone down also. It has never managed to come up to leave higher, normal level yet. Promotions- the promotion criteria is haphazard with most promotions going out based on ego clashes. Project oppurtunities - the quality of the work recieved has reduced drastically. Work culture- The offce seems to be a penal system that people can't live with or without. Policies- No employee centric policy has been introduced in the last two years. All new policies , in one way ro another, is to penalise employees. HR- no way has the Hr team come forward to help out employees in anyway during this period.

      Pros

      Money with onsite opportunity will give you nice bank balance working in big DCs with good facilities. Brand name to cash

      Cons

      Simply finish anybody's career with giving work which is totally different from one's skillset / career focus Managers here are like from gov. office, work doesnt matter, you have to have lick the manager;s feet for good appraisal new policies introduced to delay promotions & appraisals have so many clauses , work is given least importance
