Money with onsite opportunity will give you nice bank balance working in big DCs with good facilities. Brand name to cash

Cons

Simply finish anybody's career with giving work which is totally different from one's skillset / career focus Managers here are like from gov. office, work doesnt matter, you have to have lick the manager;s feet for good appraisal new policies introduced to delay promotions & appraisals have so many clauses , work is given least importance
