      Brand value .. Awesome infrastructure & facilities .. Young employee base .. Helps in securing admission to reputed MBA and MS colleges (India and abroad) ..

      Cons

      Very low compensation .. Employees with 5.5 years experience in the company are paid 40-80% less than laterals who join at lower job bands .. what a joke .. CRR is driven by your relationship with your immediate manager .. no transparency in HR policies .. Onsite opportunities are far and few (driven by sheer luck and lobbying) ..

      Good opportunity to learn and handle positions of responsibility up till middle mgmt level.

      Cons

      Salary is not competitive, recent policies have maimed decision-making abilities of Delivery Mgmt. An extremely boxed-in kind of work-environment is being formalized with the recent changes in Corporate HR Policies

      Opaque appraisal system Lack of Growth, since it is now over a lakh employee company Lot of expecations from employee, though comparitive to salary paid. Lack of 'technical' work HR very weak, retrospective application of policies Long work hours
