      Pros

      It is possible to do teleworking at home. All in pay contract is flexible. Many health programs for employees. Complete documents and databases. Various on site trainings and on line trainings.

      Cons

      No stocks issue to employees. Not good place for employees who smoke. Bonus system is too rigid. It is not easy to have chances to be promoted.
