      Open Culture; Friendly environment; good benefits; Scope to go beyond assigned responsibility. Good TOP down communication; Empowerment; Research and development environment; Focus on Employee Development. Diversified workforce; Equal opportunity employer.

      Cons

      Not working on direct consumer products like Mobiles, tablets or laptops, unlike processor companies. Not big enough in India compared to other Semiconductor companies in India. Located in Brooke field, reaching office in heavy traffic is a challenge.
