      Pros

      Start up atmosphere & Good benefits for the employees.

      Cons

      Leaders at the top management are mostly in US & doesn't know much about issues at the ground level. High handedness and bureaucratic. Don't like to be challenged or questioned about the existing process.

      Greta benefits, youthful environment, free lunches and breakfast unlimited snacks and drinks, good pay structure. Good leadership (on some teams)

      Cons

      85+ calls a day! Horrible way to treat adults that are micro managed! Allow us to do our job! If we are hitting our quotas, stop drilling calls! More calls means more rushed and unproductive dials it does not result in more sales when your entire sales team all feels burned out due to your pressure on metrics! This idea is not conductive to a positive long term sales strategy with building client relationships.

      Work pace is not too fast most of the colleagues are nice.

      Cons

      1. Pay monthly and never on time. No overtime pay. 2. Company culture is twisted. 3. Job itself is ok but to deal with the manager who has a serious inferiority complex is a pain. Anything you say can be offensive to him. The manager didn't allow me to log out my email after I resigned and wanted to call police to stop me from logging out my personal email saying that it's company property while he knows I didn't steal anything from the company.
