We understand that everyone's circumstances are different. Our Open PTO is intended to be used by everyone, especially when you need time off to care for your loved ones. We also have a Parents and Caregivers Inclusion Resource Group (IRG) that supports and engages a diverse community of parents and caregivers at Indeed. This group was formed to aim at removing biases, barriers at the workplace and creating a safe and inclusive environment where managers and colleagues acknowledge, understand their challenges and support them.
