Pros

As they are a multinational company, you get to interact with other teams all over the world and have opportunity to learn a lot.

Cons

The company does not give incentives to employees. No profit sharing, bonus for performance may come or not (even though you exceeded performance) and they don't even tell people in advance that they are not going to pay. Salary is below the market.

Pros

Good place to learn and start your carrer

Cons

Lots of layers, managers and red type. Hard to do the work with so many processes and many people/managers are not open minded to change.

Pros

It's a job, but little to no satisfaction involved

Cons

IBM bought my previous employer's company, during the following 4 years all took at least a 12% pay cut, or more. I ended up doing the same job that I did previously, my email load doubled to 100+ a day, Most of my time was spent navigating IBM bureaucracy, I just couldn't get things done without numerous conference calls and emails.
