      IBM has a strong culture of learning and growing new skills, which allows and encourages employees to move to different functions and roles. IBM also has enterprises licenses which gives employee access to various learning materials

      Cons

      IBM is a continuously transforming company, if you are not comfortable with continuous learning and building new skills, then the 'pro' of learning and growing new skills will be a 'con' for you.
