Pros

They support work-life balance by allowing working from home, some of the technology is amazing. They support some of the biggest global companies in the world.

Cons

Continuous cutting of people makes getting anything done very difficult. There has been brain drain for years loosing people with valuable experience. The former priority of "respect for the individual" is gone. It seems the only focus of the company is to try to delivery to the stockholders by lowering costs, but the customers are not receiving the support they need from the skeleton crew remaining.

Pros

Opportunity to change roles and team. Lots of "side job" activities you can get involved with... if you try. Great place for early career. Flexible mobile and remote work options.

Cons

Limited career growth in US CIO for mid-career folks.
