Colleague are great to work with and we try to hale one another due to lack of management assistance. You can expand your knowledge in various areas since there is a wealth of education in most topics.

Cons

Sr management is absent in the GTS project management division when dealing with the clients I work with. I cannot speak for the other divisions or clients. They will say one thing and never follow through. Not sure how anything get done on time and on budget.
