Pros

Product is great and made a lot of life long friends.

Cons

Sales leadership is only about politics and titles, not about solving true problems, building skills (aside from how to play the game), or caring for customers. I do not feel set up for success for a career outside of HubSpot. I regret getting sucked in to the cult bubble.

Pros

Remote work, coworkers were friendly

Cons

Leadership has no clue what they are doing, heavy metrics driven culture, PIP culture, just look at the stock price

Pros

Culture Benefits Remote Work Product Company Recognition

Cons

Pay-Took away RSU and reduce commission Workload- Expected to schedule 80 meetings a month Leadership - KPI constantly change and management NEVER has the answers. Enablement is not good Alignment- Sales is not aligned with CS at all. They constantly over sale just to hit targets because they get fired after a 3 months of not hitting targets
