      Pros

      There is lots of opportunity to make a big impact regardless of your position in the company. I am challenged daily to improve the way I think and the way I do my job. I work with incredibly smart, ambitious, and all around great people and it's infectious.

      Cons

      I would like it if my path to promotion was clearer. In most areas of the company it's very defined, but on my team my future is blurry at best.

      Fast paced company with fantastic technology and vision. Fair sales compensations structure, and excellent resources from marketing to bolster our process with leads and opportunities. Great place to prove yourself and work with other smart folks who care a lot about their work.
