Pros

Unlimited Vacation Free food Drink alcohol at work Get own computer without crazy IT restrictions Awesome expense and tuition benefits Exec level management open to new ideas Pretty control your own workload

Cons

Compensation doesn't stack up to skill set / experience Under-experienced people put in leadership roles Perception of aforementioned personnel is super bad (ie what is it you actually do??) Sales & Support ideals don't stack up, ie you shouldn't sell this to someone and say it's going to help them a ton when they don't know what an internet browser is

Pros

- People are amazing. Everyone is extremely nice and friendly. It feels like one giant family. - Thought Leaders in a Growing Field - Energy is always buzzing - New Kitchen is awesome and makes everyone happy - Tons of support - Dress Code - easy parking and access to T

Cons

- Salary is very low. Some people are just managing to survive with their expenses. Boston is the 3rd most expensive real estate in the US. Apartments for someone out of college range from ~$1000-$1500 a month. With half the salary being commission and the other being based its hard to tell how your going to do for that month. On average you'll make $2000 month in first level sales. It's not fun to count ever penny. - Sales is out of your hands. You depend on someone else for your commission. - Unlimited vacation policy is almost impossible with needing each second of the day to hit numbers - Work 60+ hours a week - Fear of always getting fired if you don't hit numbers in 60 days. - Always working and wishing there were more time - White Collar Sweat Shop - Cramped Space - 1600 Calls a Month
