Performance plus persistence plus patience plus experimentation is valued at Hubspot. - That I've had some of the best managers in my career at Hubpsot. I haven't had a bad manager here. Have gotten great support and a kick in the pants when helpful too. - That I've worked my butt off, but it hasn't felt like it's been for nothing.
