Thanks for taking the time to write a review. Sorry for the negative experience you had at HubSpot. We are indeed hiring quickly, and as such there were some growing pains. But, we take the issue of culture very seriously and are investing even more this year on that front. This includes putting two new leaders into that group. Their mission will be to improve the experience of joining and working at HubSpot. We are also stepping up our efforts on training and onboarding. Wish you the best in your future pursuits. Pros

This company is built on trust. The employees are held responsible to themselves and to the company by their own desire to succeed and help create inbound experiences for consumers everywhere.

Cons

Pros

Fast growing company. Decent financial benefits. Opportunity for career growth. The company is also very transparent about it's performance and its future outlooks.

Cons

Work-life balance is a bit off. Especially in the beginning it feels like you're living HubSpot. Yes, there's free beer and red bull and a pingpongtable, but don't expect to be enjoying all these perks a lot.
