Thanks for your feedback and for helping our relatively new renewal management team grow globally. I love your push on diversity (we are absolutely working on it, not just in sales) and that you love the training we invest in so heavily--keep the feedback coming. Thanks for all you do at HubSpot, and for taking the time to write this up--I deeply appreciate it! -Katie

Pros

Smart, enthusiastic, humble, and driven colleagues. Tons of resources, lots of ambition, and a lot of opportunity to have a big impact on customers' experience as well as the trajectory of the company.

Cons

It's growing so fast, processes are breaking and organizational structures are constantly evolving quickly. It's hard to keep up and reinvent the way we're doing things.

Thanks for your input and for your hard work. Totally agree that some of our systems are evolving at a rapid rate--it's a hard balance between status quo and iteration, and I'm not sure we have the dance perfectly nailed just yet, but we are working hard at it. Thanks for having the impact you outlined on our customers--I would agree that our employees have a huge opportunity to deliver impact for our customers globally but also for the company, so delighted you feel that challenge day to day. Keep the feedback coming, and thanks for joining our team! -Katie

Pros

Everything is amazingly transparent and the culture is incredible. By no means does it feel like an 1800 person company. If you do your job, the flexibility and autonomy they give you is absolutely amazing. Your ability to grow here is unsurpassed - between everything they do internally to how they cut you a check for 5k each year to go out and take classes.

Cons

Monthly quota can tire you out but if you're able to build out a good system, it really blends together and doesn't end up being too much of an issue.

Sorry I'm behind on responding here--thanks for writing this up and for your feedback on growing your career in sales at HubSpot! I agree with monthly quota--it can feel intense but a systematic approach can help minimize the stress, and hopefully the install base opportunities will help offset some of that stress and solve for our customers long-term. We'll do our best to keep you proud on the hiring front--thanks for all you do to help our prospects and customers! Sincerely, Katie
