      Pros

      Fun, dynamic environment. Work with (some of!) the best.

      Cons

      Hierarchy of politics. Don't get on the wrong side of the fence. High turnover.

      Pros

      Fast growing, always improving. Individual autonomy and freedom to develop the best ideas. Recognizes and values smart, GSD people.

      Cons

      Growing and organizational pains, although that's an area of focus. Diversity is pretty weak.

      Performance is key

      Pros

      Super sales process. Have processes worked out for most sales and marketing activities. Excellent transparency in terms of performance related growth/promotions/plans. Clear understanding of what you need to do to succeed.

      HR policies still being built out
