Pros

I've worked in great companies like LinkedIn and Microsoft and this is by far the best place I've ever worked. It's all about the culture and the transparency and autonomy it lives and breaths by. Great people across the board and growing super quick with tons of career opportunities that they deliver on. Couldn't be happier. Also, love the way they've created global roles in the company, a lot of folk in here working across multiple regions with 3 owning global departments.

Cons

I really don't have any to share from my personal experience.

Thanks for sharing your review and for helping DubSpot grow! I also love that we have folks in major global roles in Dublin, and that the office is becoming a true EMEA HQ but also a major hub for talent that is helping our whole organization get better and grow. I also love that you feel our culture and transparency match or outpace some wonderful companies we admire--one of our goals is to be truly remarkable, and that means keeping pace and innovating alongside organizations who have done this well at scale. We'll plan to keep up the hard work on that front. In the meantime, thank you so much for all that you do--I'm deeply grateful. -Katie

HubSpot is the best place I've worked

Pros

Of the four different companies I've worked for, HubSpot has, by far, been the best. The people are collaborative, eager to help, and not afraid to tackle hard projects. And, management puts their money where their mouths are- investing in a thriving culture (not just surface-level tech perks like candy), ardent focus on our customer experience, and transparency at all levels.

Cons

The overall age of the company skews a little young. However, as we continue to scale, management is being more fleshed out with tenured professionals which helps the company to mature.

Thanks for sharing your feedback, and for helping our customers grow. I love that you point out the ardent focus on customers and transparency, delighted to hear that you feel that each day. As I've mentioned in some internal notes, we are absolutely looking for ways to ensure that our benefits and perks evolve with our employee population, so keep the feedback coming on how we can continue to evolve there--my hope is that through a great mix of internal growth and external hiring, we'll get a mix of management, leadership, and culture that works for everyone at scale. Thanks for the review and your hard work! -Katie

Pros

Hubspot does have a great culture. It seems since their growth that they do want to change and get back to the original culture

Cons

Tough to move out of your department or around in general. There are a few people who have moved and they use them as the poster children
