Pros

Smart people, interesting work, good work life balance. The rank and file HubSpotters you work with are generally amazing people. Access to all the AI tools. Good health insurance/dental benefits.

Cons

Morale is low across the company after a rough Annual Compensation Review cycle (ACR). No stock refreshers unless you get promoted. Most salary bands adjusted downwards, and doesn’t seem like there’s any room for career growth. Lots of departures over the past few months, and I expect that to continue. The culture HubSpot used to brag about is absolutely dead. If you have alternatives, definitely avoid.
