> Only 3 out of 9 new Sales hires made it through probation, 1 clean pass, 2 extended with no guarantees > Capacity ownership accounts model is outdated and benefits 5+ year reps who are just sat on high paying accounts. > Monthly targets can be challenging. Businesses work to quarterly cycles. > Middle managers don't offer much value > Lots of dashboard dressing required to keep people off your back

Toxic Team Atmosphere, Shady and very competitive. Toxic Manager & Micro Management Hire and fire mentality Pressure all the time, no work Life Balance. So many come and go instead of getting the support they need.
