      Pros

      - Great leadership opportunities - Compensation is ok but other companies are willing to pay more for the Honeywell leadership skill set - Great place to build career experiences - in most areas, work with intelligent people, can learn a lot from others

      Cons

      - Silo effect in some businesses - if you are real good but don't get high organization level visibility or visibility outside your business unit, you risk being hidden for advancement opportunities in other businesses. This is temporary though since there is so much leadership movement. Coworkers that move to other business will advocate for you.

      Pros

      Dedicated and highly knowledgible coleagues, know very well what is required for the job done. A company with conglomerate of product lines helps balace sheet from fluctuations and stable.

      Cons

      The office I worked was a remote site. As in case of any remote site it got less than required attention a typical "out of site, out of mind" syndrome.
