      Pros

      NIce offices in Morris Plains. Good coffee

      Cons

      Management and behaviour changed within the last two years. Its all about who to blame and fire when things went wrong and how to shine if the numbers are ok. No customer focus anymore.

      Pros

      Large company with great positions in good industries, many opportunities, global team, great people, can learn a lot here, respectful environment

      Cons

      Extreme focus on shareholders drives management decisions that are destroying employee morale (near quarterly furloughs, cuts to benefits, shrinking headcount) and driving wrong behavior needed for a winning team. You are just a number at the end of the day.

      Line Managers, HR and business leaders will mobb you till you go yourself. Management doesn't really care and think of long-term strategies for HBS.
