- lovely team with a lot of know-how - the training was very thorough and easy to understand - immediate help if a problem occured - the coffee tastes amazing

Cons

I was just a little confused by the password reset task because I thought I was supposed to do that beforehand. For me the instructions weren´t entirely clear in that regard.
