PTO, Holidays off with pay, and medical benefits.

Cons

Full time employees only work 35-36 hrs working every weekend, merchandising and cashiering during the same shift. They dont schedule enough workers to run the store so you have to jump from area to area. High turn over cause part-timers only get scheduled 2 day a week at the most. Very little room for growth within the company. Management sucks!
