      Pros

      Work-life balance, flexible scheduling. Some of the most friendly people work at HomeGoods.

      Cons

      Terrible district managers, and very few hours at some locations. Only given full time with some sort of management position.

      Pros

      Good merchandise and some Good Associates/Coordinators working there.

      Cons

      Do not accommodate schedule as promised- even if you are dependable and work hard with no direction. Terrible training and follow up after-Does not match the training material during new hire presentation. Management is a Master/Slave style of relationship with employees. Constantly pushing the TJX Credit Card down every ones throat. Sometimes management singles out certain associates by placing more responsibility instead of spreading it over the skeleton crew. More focused on the bottom line then the human being.

      Pros

      •Setting up merchandise displays •Helping customers achieve their goals/find exactly what they want for their home from furniture to “home goods •Getting experience working every position

      Cons

      •poor management •poorly handle customers that harass employees for collectible items •never moved up from part-time despite being experienced in all positions •I started working for them with the intent that I would be getting minimum part time hours each week. Some weeks I was only getting 16 hours! That’s ridiculous.
