Pros

Decent pay and work multiple stores.

Cons

You're left to fend for yourself and you can be fired at any point if someone in this retail gang (management) doesn't like you.

Pros

You are demanded to constantly think on your feet and flow merchandise efficiently as possible. The management team will set a high bar, but will help you achieve it. You will be given feedback about your performance. Lots of physical labor.

Cons

Compensation is horrific, and your ROI for your efforts will make you want to look into working fast food. Full time coordinators have a rotating schedule, This destroys consistency and interrupts the work/life balance. Back braces and other devices to help moving heavy furniture are not provided. Bad pay means understaffing.
