Pros

Homegoods team member are fantastic. I met so many wonderful people working there

Cons

I loved working at Homegoods however, Management has no idea what they are doing. They are rude and ruined the job for me and many other workers. In my interview they tell you they don’t micro manage you but they will stand behind you while you are checking someone out for no reason. They treat you horrible if you don’t get tjx rewards cards. Management and anyone in a hire position will gossip about you behind your back which is unprofessional and not something you should have to deal with in your place of work.

Pros

Working with beautiful merchandise is nice but you are discouraged from using any common sense in placement of goods. Push as much onto the counter as possible and don't waste any time making it pretty.

Cons

Very unstable work environment. They actually call you the day before you are scheduled (weeks in advance) to work and tell you your shift is cancelled, sorry. The only goal of this company is "make money' at all costs and absolutely at the employees cost.
