Pros

Casual dress code. Somewhat flexible hours.

Cons

Expectations for individual work load set unrealistically. Pay is not in line with industry comparables. Actual physical demands (heavy lifting etc) much more than pay rate indicates. Chronic understaffing. No support from field supervisors. No training. Management does not live up to their end of the compact. Availability policy does not allow for a second job to offset the extremely low wages.

Pros

Healthcare plan, salary, 401k plan, Insurance

Cons

No work life balance, DM is not honest with employees and takes the word of an Associate over yours. No loyalty to the employees or Manager. Loves to point the finger and not support the SM. If your not in the good old boys club, your life is miserable. Poor working conditions.

Pros

Used to be a great place to work

Cons

in the last four or so years it has become quite hectic. While I always stayed busy, now it's overwhelmingly busy with extra stock, hours cut, and focus on getting credit cards daily
