Pros
It's a job, for starters. Some of the other fellow part/full time employees made the job bearable, and the very few customers. They pay ok with the experience you bring to the table.
Cons
Hopefully they'll start by getting intelligent management... my brother and I worked there and we didn't tell anyone about our relation... he's gotten sexually harassed by a manager there, granted he was offered a promotion within the first week... But still.. same manager that doesn't listen to employees problems when they arise at work. They nit-pick a lot... over the most petty things... Can't have water near or at your work station. Talking while working? Only to show their dominance they say "more work less talk. " or my favorite "Hurry up". Definitely reminds me of the jobs I started working for when I was 16. While on the topic... if you're not over the age of 40 maybe 50 you're bound to be talked down to.
