Pros

Love of merchandising, decent pay.

Cons

The company has stopped caring. Very reactive style from the top. Want more and more with less and less.

Pros

- very flexible - friendly people - managers will rotate you from the front end to the sales floor and maybe the stock room (the job is very active)

Cons

- the training isn't the greatest (you'll need to learn on your own alot) - the discount 10% just covers the taxes.. nothing special - the pay is low (when it come to raises, it's a joke..) - promotions (it's a joke and complicated) - as much as you work hard in the job[s] .. they will not appreciate and will take advantage of you with very low pay..
