Pros

Pay was descent, plenty to do if bored

Cons

Social bullying Laziness Short staffed Rude employees/clickish Unorganized Not goal driven Bad management, always on vacation or at a different store. High turnover mostly college high school or seniors in the recieving and on the floor. They do not work as a full team. Spiteful employees, childish.

Pros

You meet people from all walks of life. The fellow associates you work, you begin to form a family type bond with one another.

Cons

Management doesn’t necessary care about overworking you. Too much freight on the trucks. Constant notion of pushing merchandise out despite not having the appropriate room for it. Constant floor moves have you wondering if the district even know what they want when it comes to the floor plans. You can get burnt out relatively quickly from this job. Some of the supplies hence boxer cutters and safety gloves are of lower end quality. Not enough staff to get things done around the store.
