Pros

Lot of high school and college kids and they are all friendly to work with. Able to request time off. Don't always get it but at least we can ask.

Cons

No 2 days off together. Don't get vacation pay until you work at least 2 years at the company. Work super late one day and have to come in super early the next day is exhausting. Lot of employees and only get 8 hours a week for some.

Pros

It is a stable company

Cons

Lack of communication starting with upper mgmt. Lack of accountability. Consistently talk about developing all levels of mgmt. yet they do not follow through. VERY political.

Pros

Great associates to work with. Flexible scheduling. Okay discount but also at TJMAXX and Marshall's. 401k plan is good once you qualify

Cons

Very physical work demanded constantly. Pay is ridiculous. Management needs to listen to their employees. Most ppl there for a paycheck, not a career. Positive comments would go far. Corporate needs to respond to their employees when concerns are raised.never happens
