Pros

Its not bad working there cool co-workers Great first job Flexible hours

Cons

Extremely low pay. Started off minimum wage Closing the store is usually a mess espeacialy on weekends which I would say the worst part of job as part time is closing the store and sometimes they don't have enough workers to help out during the day.

Pros

Great co-workers and culture, open door policy, and emphasizes on building morale.

Cons

Poor communication during training and management doesn't like the idea of change even if it were to benefit the company.
