There are a good amount of opportunities for growth with the company if you are a hard worker. The company is growing and has a good business model for future growth.

Cons

Working for a large corporation has its challenges. There is a very specific way to do things so there is little room for independent thinking. New ideas take a lot of time to put in place if they are accepted at all.

Getting paid weekly is the only pro to this job. Although it is not much at all.

Cons

Pay only equal to fast food. Cutting hours at the last minute. Not promoting hard working college educated employees.

10% discount TERRIBLE HOURS (if you work the night shift) - if the stores a mess you never really know what time your getting out. This was the worst part. Often got out of there by 1am or later.... It wasn't worth it, especially at bare minimum wage.
