Pros

You get to meet great people that will help you with whatever you need. It's a fun, energetic environment to work in.

Cons

It can be alot of work for very little pay, can sometimes feel stressful, especially when you have to pick up the slack of others.

I was in college at the time. They were REALLY flexible with conforming to my schedule. You can go to other stores and depending on the store personality it was even better. The company is growing too. Plus you can transfer cross brands.

Cons

Advancement. Either you are hired in on salary or you might spend over 6+ trying to get there. I left because I was there almost 4 years and only went up $2.50 in pay, 1 promotion, and I could tell advancement was slow, even if you get an exceeds on every review. I would have stayed if I was on a development track and matched the pay of people in my position.
