Not enough staffing hours to complete tasks. Management are overwhelmed. Management is too stressed to notice or care about associates. Pay is really poor for working really hard, part time get 3-12 hours a week and raises are once a year for an average of .25 cents. Coordinators get only 30 hours full time. By the time you pay your benefits, you go home with next to nothing. Get your experience and get out. You can make more anywhere else including fast food.
