Low pay Huge work load without the man power Expects to build furniture in 6 minutes when directions says takes 15 for two!

You work in a fast paced environment.

Pay is bad for what you are expected to do. The assistant managers over you (for the most part) do the exact same thing you do, except they are salary and make over double what you make. The hours are erratic, you have to deal with the public.
