      Pros

      - If one finds the project which suits him, he will enjoy his time by the company. - the nice colleagues are from all over the world - home office is allowed - new ideas are welcome

      Cons

      - lack of career opportunities - salaries are rather average, so are the colleagues - own ideas will mostly be ignored - management has rather average leading skills - discussion is preferred over doing the work - no clear role assignment, no real technical feedback

      work and colleagues were nice International teams. nice office in frankfurt, no cubes organized projects not too much bureacracy

      Cons

      work is meaningless, trying to outrun google without new ideas just imitating. salaries are very low and not properly distributed. the idea is to switch from pure mapping to services, but that implies innovation, just doing the copycat is pointless
