      Pros

      Work on interesting projects with friendly and professional colleagues. Very international. Reasonable work-life balance. Location technology is a very interesting field with lots of innovation to come. If you love maps, one of the few places you can work on maps apart from Big G.

      Cons

      Living through the innovators dilemma - the old business model suffocating innovation and the ability to establish new business fields. Top heavy with many too many managers. Constant re-structuring with shrinking teams for many years in a row. If you are not in the in-crowd, hard to advance. Typical software development skills (process, quality, delivery) under-appreciated.
