      Flexible working hours and good benefits. Salary is comparable with other bigger companies in the tech industry (instead of startups)

      Cons

      Lack of company-wide, consistent strategy. Challenge to coordinate effort across business units. Priorities can change suddenly.

      Teams are great, lots of nice people to meet. Company offers a few benefits (such as public transport tickets).

      Cons

      Upper management detached from workforce. People can come in in the morning just to find out they're suddenly in a different team. Or get a text message in the early morning telling them they're fired and shouldn't come in at all.
