      Pros

      Hard working and motivated people below middle management.

      Cons

      Middle management is incompetent, pleasing C-level folks. No strategic direction or execution against set goals, it's all window dressing to please the board and CEO. Culturally, can't recommend this to anyone. Again, window dressing when it comes to initiatives, but unfortunately, the values are only shown on posters.

      Pros

      Good place to learn. At HERE you are encouraged to learn new things, this learning culture is part of the environment. At the Berlin Campus, you can find book shelves everywhere and there used to be a library room. Employees are encouraged to join courses any multitude of desciplines

      Cons

      The relationship with other sites is not clear on the teams level. You know there is a site in the Netherlands and another one in the US , what do they do? what is their impact on your work. The communication needs to be improved in this regards.

      Pros

      Some really great people work there. The company offers good benefits and there is a good work/life balance.

      Cons

      As with any corporate company, it can get very political. The management is completely detached from their teams while they're busy playing the corporate version of Games of Thrones. Very top-down type of structure. If you want to make a career this isn't the place, as the company has the culture of hiring external leads instead of promoting their own people.
