      Pros

      Company that is realistic about it's position, challenges, and opportunities. Great opportunity to learn and grow. No politics. Everyone works towards the success of the company over the success of themselves.

      Slow moving as a large company. Bureaucracy still gets in the way.

      Pros

      Fun work. lot of traveling, good expenses. Compared to others jobs in Mexico is above average. Good job for young people.

      Cons

      Talent and ideas are wasted. Enthusiasm lows. Poor HR support concerning harrasment and hostile comments that are ignored by Team Leaders. Contradictory policies about working hours. "Leaders" didn't support me when asked about illness.
