      There are still remnants of good perks and working conditions

      Cons

      Management does not trust employees to make decisions and is incredibly 'penny smart pound foolish' They spend so much time trying to reduce deadlines to razer thin margins and horizontals that I am unable to work on the things my team needs and instead help my SVP get another 10 Million next year.
