Cons

Although the company was doing well previously,we clearly see a decline with multiple layoffs,hectic work,reduction in self care days,reduction in bonus.There is internal politics .Women employees are not treated in par with the rest.

Chaotic and unclear management goals, Constant "sorry we can not pay you a higher salary because company is in bad shape, market changing etc-etc" although they always present record profits :) and saying we are the most profitable and flagship company in Remote support solutions...
