      Cons

      On-call rotation is required, which can be demanding. However, this is necessary due to the critical nature of the platform's operations.

      I can't tell any reason to work for them.

      If you are honest and give an honest feedback to your manager they will fabricate some bs reasons to fire you. The whole atmosphere is toxic without any leadership. Blame culture is often used.

      No job security, they are doing layoff for every quater don't join this company they will layoff even an entire team is laid off. So please stay away from this company
