      *Beautiful office * Annual kick-offs in Mexico * Snacks & beers, games in the office * Fun environment & people, laid back atmosphere * Good learning opportunities * Some smart & professional people to work with

      Cons

      * Benefits (expensive insurance, no matching 401K) * Locations of the office could be inconvenient depending on where you are commuting from * Tons of changes - they don't know if they're coming or going, easily dispose of people for no good reason * Lack of communication between departments

      Pros

      - Easy to get in - Great reputation - Salary and perks are above average, but not stellar - One of the best places if all you care about is technology & personal development

      Cons

      - This has been the most disappointing experience ever: the team I was on was sexist, racist and homophobic - which is rather controversial considering the fact LogMeIn is participating in a tolerance campaign ("We are open"). - I interviewed for two different teams, but somehow the Vice Presidents were both jerks - Very long office hours, I saw people stay in till 8 pm every day (office hours are stupid: 10 am to 6:30 pm) - Too many occasions when you are disrupted during your daily tasks

      - nice salary if you negotiate well - company events - office in the center of Budapest - not much overtime, nice atmosphere

      Cons

      - cash cow projects, not much innovation - inexperienced middle management - analysis paralysis
