      Great Culture and Ability to Earn

      Pros

      Approachable leadership- executives get their hands dirty and want your opinion on what can be improved upon Ability to earn- aggressive comp and bonus structure with no caps Customers love the products- it's rare to hear such frequent, positive feedback about your products from customers.

      Cons

      Somewhat unstructured- lots of decisions seem to be made on the fly, and independent of process. growing pains while transitioning to a "big" company

      Pros

      People, culture, location and the really nice atmosphere that reigns in the office. Company compensation and Kickoffs at the begining of every year, bringing people from offices wordlwide together for 5-6 days

      Cons

      Some change of management have made people work slower, in a less efficient way and causing some really experienced and talented employees to leave the company.

      High energy, great people, some good products. Good place if you are starting out in your career, decent work-life balance ( average in today's market )

      Cons

      extremely high turnover of senior and mid-level management, almost all without warning or notice. Culture of the company does not extend to how people are treated at exit. Regardless of level, success or contribution, people are fired with little or no warning. Product evolution is slow. A company this size should innovate faster. metric driven sales organization as I saw it. Very transactional, pushing products by phone. Lots of decision making seems to be made with little or no accurate data ( danger !! )
