      Pros

      A big amazing journey. To say it with some other words, if you put a lot in it, you will get a lot from it - like a good investment. There are lots of possibilities to develop yourself from working with various great products to work in different roles. If you work hard, this company gives lots of opportunities for you. By its own culture it supports and coaches its employees with various projects, trainings, conferences. They work with cutting edge technologies and with a big variety of stacks on different environments. The biggest value is the smart and talented people who we work with.

      Cons

      This is not a 9-5 job, you should not expect that.

      Pros

      I've worked for other high-flying tech companies in my career and think LogMeIn is one of the best I've seen. Culture is great and they make big investments in things like space, amenities and off-site meetings, etc. Executives are approachable and seem engaged in the business. They're hiring a lot of people from outside the company but there seem to be a lot of internal promotions as well. Pace of product innovation has accelerated lately and the bet on IoT is really exciting. Compensation is fair but the upside is in the stock grants. Lots of smart people.

      Cons

      Definitely seeing some growing pains--e.g. desks in the hallway, etc. No 401K match or employee stock purchase plan.
