      Pros

      Really easy to use software that solve real world problems. Great for users = join me, LogMeIn Pro and Rescue. Always free functionality drove lots of leads into us sales folks.

      Cons

      LogMeIn always seems to be approaching the market from behind. Often too little too late solutions that are not well connected to the other products and services offered by the company.
